Here are the stats from last week for comparison to this week.
This is one wacky market. The actives are down again, which means the new listings are not coming on the market. Houses are continuing to come back on the market after having accepted an offer, meaning deals are falling through. Sales are down too. The one bright spot is the houses having an accepted offer is up over 17% this week vs. last. Maybe buyers were tired of waiting for the much anticipated spring inventory that does not seem to be arriving, so they’re opting for the something in the current inventory??
