As I have mentioned I have my eye on another house and, while I am not ready to list my house on the MLS, I did want to gauge any interest it might generate. Soooo, how did I do that?…I listed it on Zillow’s Make Me Move. I priced it to be desirable in the current market and in just 24 hours I’ve had two inquiries.

Now inquiries do not guarantee sales, but I am feeling pretty good about the curbside appeal of my house!
